What help do you need? I assume you are referring to Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Wesr Yorkshire Metro has a website - www.wymetro.com - click on trains and it opens a page showing all train services. Wakefield is on the Leeds-Sheffield line, the Pontefract Line and the Wakefield Line. You can open a page for each line which gives the frequency of services provided by the various services on each division. you can also download a .pdf file giving you specific times. There is a journey planner at http://www.yorkshiretravel.net/ where you put in your starting point/destination and tiem of travel and it will do it all for you.
