i was wondering .. i heard so many times that Eng ACT parts hav a specific rule and if i juss memorize the format it's easyt ans stuff.. but i dk exactly wen i do simple practices im fine.. but on the test i do bad...

You just need to practice as much as you can-- so you won't be totally shocked on test day. Start studying at least a month before the test to put youself in a good situation. Memorizing the format of the test is not going to help, but learning different areas they test you on will. Get the Kaplan ACT book- it explains the most asked sections of the ACT and reviews you fully.
