Hello. where is a great place to live with small kids, within walking/biking distance to wellington hospital?

wellington hospital is in newtown. would like to be near parks,water, in a safe area with good preschools...rent can't be more than 400 per week. want to be able to walk or bike or take and easy fast commute via bus/train to work as i work shifts.

Newtown has state housing...nuff said. But you hve the upside of being near the zoo and hearing the lions roar. Day & night! If you want to live in a good area, you will have to pay more rent, sorry, that's the way it goes. :)
