Help, Cd Problem!!??

I want to burn a cd, but the cd thing doesn't open? Whats wrong with it and how can i fix it.. It rarely opens i have to keep pressing it but today.. it doesn't want to open .. ? what should i do?

Something may be jammed in the drive, the only way to get it out is to open the drive case, ask someone experienced to do it.

Paper clip and a small hole on the front of the CD ROM will open this drive
