  1. the best thing 2 do is walk into ur local hairdresssers and they will give u something and even explain 2 u the best way 2 apply it goodluck

  2. Conditioner!!!

Leave it in for 5 minutes in the shower before rinsing.

Also look into a leave in conditioner.

It's a 10 is a very, very good product. Also, TiGi and Paul Mitchell.

  3. You have to help your hair retain moisture by locking it in. Most oils can lock in your moisture. I use pure olive oil, but I know that is very heavy and you do not want to use that. Try a light oil like extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Basically, what you want to do is moisturize your hair like normal and then put the oil in your hair to seal in that moisture. You might have to try different oils to find something that works best with your hair type. I also mean natural oils.

I don't know if there are any products on the shelf that will help you lock in moisture, but basically your hair cannot retain water/moisture which is why it's drying so quickly. My hair is like this and sealing in the moisture is a daily regimen - and it works.

  4. try "anti-snap" by redken-sold in most salons....it's a protein treatment that works great every time! you can use as much as you want in damp hair.

  5. i don't know what the texture of your hair is but i would suggest when you wash your hair try Alberto vo5 shampoo it has a low ph,and the alberto vo5 hair dress it not heavy and you just need a dab, for your conditioner try nexus keraphix re-constructor condition, and a little humectress to keep moisturize and not get so dry you can use it as a daily hair dress, and you will see the results but it pays to have beauitful hair.

  6. after you have washed your hair use a leave in conditioner on towel dried hair and let it air dry. this will lock the moisture in to your hair. try using jhon frieda emergency treatment leave in conditioning spray.
