I've been feeling a little weak the last couple of days but I didn't think it was a big deal. Just now, I was sitting by the computer and I went to stand up. I suddenly felt very dizzy and felt like I was about to faint. I drank some water but the dizzy sensation is still there. What I can I do make it stop?

  1. i would suggest eating some food you could have some low blood sugar especially if you are shaking and dizzy.  Just lay down and get something to eat like a banana.

  2. Go drink a soda, lie down with you feet up, put some ice on the back of your neck. Try drinking lots more water and eat more for a while. If you're not feeling healthy by Monday, you need to see a doctor.

  3. It sounds like low blood pressure. you may need to get more iron and protein in your diet.

  4. Have you tried some warm milk and a nap? Works like a charm!

  5. Are you eating a balanced diet? Do you have a history (or family history) of diabetes or hypoglycemia? Do you have a sinus infection or are you congested? Have you taken any drugs or eaten anything suspect? Have you gotten enough sleep? How old are you? Does your family have any health history that has had similar symptoms? There could be lots of things to cause that, but the first thing that jumps out to me is that you have low blood sugar. Eat some crackers. The only way to know what is wrong with you is to go to the doctor though.

Nobody can tell you what is wrong with you on here. Hope it's not serious and you feel better soon.

  6. call to get someone with you in case it gets worse . you will need help

  7. Chase your tail.

  8. This may just be signs of stress, or it may be signs of a much more serious problem.  I suggest you drink plenty of fluids and take lots of rests, and make sure you sleep for longer periods of time at night.  If this still persists, I suggest that you call the doctor.  This may just be signs of a cold, but it could be more serious.  Don't concern yourself with what it may be.  Take a break and relax, and be sure to take short walks around the block so you aren't always stuck in the house.

    Hope you feel better soon!

  9. sit outside. Its happend to me b4. If you r too dizzy to walk open yer window or something> u need fresh air

  10. Try eating...protein  fruit  and drink fruit juice.

  11. You could be anemic.  Eat something with iron like red meat, potatoes, or fortified breakfast cereal.

  12. i have had this sometimes but only for about 30 minutes. are u seeing stars too? because thats just dehydration so just drink some water and you should feel better in like a half hour.

  13. for one thing you should eat more because thats usually a sign that you're hungry. and standing up quickly and feeling dizzy happens to a lot of people after they sit down for long hours. its not bad unless this is a side effect from medication you're taking, which in this case u should see a doctor.

  14. have somethng salty.. lots of water! and an advil... either that or protein.. g.l.!
