Help, I have a T-Mobile Dash cell phone question....?

I have a T-Mobile Dash, I bought it a couple months ago. It has been working just fine. One day it said I had a text message, so I went into my texts and there was nothing there. I have gone into my text settings and deleted all the messages in my in-box, but still says that I have one message. It has been like this for months! It is starting to get on my nerves (I'm a little OCD). I would like to know how to set it back to zero. I have tried deleting & managing my in-box. Any suggestions would be great. THANKS!

  1. Check all of your folders (inbox, outbox, drafts and deleted), check your voicemail and your email and IM and if you still have nothing, do a battery pull, and eject your memory card, make sure there is no source of power attached to your phone (battery nor charger) and hold down the power button on the top left corner for about 30secs. If the problem continues call tmobile and they should push and update on your phone that will fix the problem.

    I also have software to unlock your dash and upgrade it to windows 6.1, but doing this will delete some of your tmobile software. It gives you freedom to do what you like but you will have to find the proxy settings for gprs (for tmobile which i also have). Just a little info i thought i should add.
