  1. you can chop the bacon up and mix it with the stuffing and have it on the side of the chicken so that you dont dry out the chicken with the stuffing since you dont have any soup mixes. you could also cook the bacon so you get the grease out, put the cooked bacon in the stuffing. stuff the stuffing into the chicken and then pour the bacon grease on top of the chicken. sorry with out soup you really do risk drying the food out.

  2. You have all wonderful ingredients here and it will be so easy!  First of all, lay your chicken b*****s on a cutting board and slice them long ways starting on the fatter end of the chicken b*****s, to almost the end, not going all the way through either length wise or width wise, thereby creating a pocket for your stuffing. Next, combine your stuffing and diced cooked bacon, then stuff your chicken b*****s but not to the point where the stuffing is falling out.  Next, put your chicken b*****s into the freezer to harder them up a bit.  After they chill out, dust them in a flour bath, egg wash, then bread crumb topping, pan sear them and put them into a 350 degree oven to finish baking for about 35 minutes.  Let them rest a bit, make your favorite sauce and steamed veggies and that's it.  Hope this helps you out today!

  3. I don't have a recipe, but try this website:

    www.allrecipes.com

They have a lot of recipes and you can search by ingredients.

    Hope this helps!

  4. Here's a different one.

    4 boneless, skinless chicken b*****s

    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

    2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained

    1/4 cup sliced black olives

    1 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Preparation:

Cut a 3" slit in the thick side of each chicken breast to form a pocket, being careful to not cut completely through the flesh. Combine cheese, parsley, oregano and oil and mix gently. Spoon 1/4 of filling into each pocket. Place chicken in ungreased 2 quart baking dish.

In another small bowl, mix tomatoes, olives and cornstarch and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with spaghetti, if you like. Serves 4

You could do the same thing using your stuffing and lay the bacon on top.

  5. 4 small boneless, skinless chicken b*****s

1/4 teaspoon salt, onion powder and dried dill weed

1 (10 ounce) package frozen asparagus spears, thawed and drained

1/2 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips

    2 Tablespoons reduced-fat margarine

    1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    2/3 cup non-fat milk

    1 egg yolk

    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    i hoped i helped:)

  6. Place each chicken breast between 2 doubled-up sheets of plastic wrap, and pound to an even 1/4-inch thickness with a meat-pounder or rolling pin.

Divide the stuffing between the b*****s, mounding it along the center of each. Fold the bottom edge of each breast over the stuffing, fold in the sides, and roll forward until completely wrapped, to form a tight rolled package. Wrap the bacon around the chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper, to taste.

Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning occasionally, until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Cover the skillet, turn the heat down to low, and cook until just cooked through, about 5 minutes more.

Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

  7. you can pound or butterfly the breast...If you have never butterflied a breast its hard to describe how to do it...go here http://www.expertvillage.com/video/33717...

chicken breast need only to cook about 30 mins at 350..if you plan on stuffing the bacon in the breast you might consider cooking it beforehand.or wrap it around the chicken breast.
