Help, I s***w'd up my computer?

Ok a month ago, I was on the internet downloading p**n when it said that I had to have a codec thingy inorder to play a video, well I installed it and my comupter got a virus, so I still kinda have the virus but thats ok because it dosn't affect anything but programs like real player won't open because of dll problems, and system file checker won't work and alot of other tings won't work such as my payed for FL Studio, and I tried registry cleaner but it didn't work help what can I do to fix this?

get Avast Free edition and Superantispyware run scans delete all the infections you find

You may have to reinstall some of your programs
