Help, My House Is Haunted?

Question

I think my house is haunted by the ghost of my late ferret. I often find that small objects disappear, and are recovered under the couch, also small bits of wood have been nibbled on. How can I help Wilberforce move into the light?

and maybe u did something to the ferret and u knw u didn't forgive him/ her and stuff so ya or ur just imagining things hehe

Hey are you kidding  me? What makes you think its your dead animal. It could be  a  number of issues, your house would have to be investigated if you are in Columbus Ga let us know we are there!! I was once haunted by a cat at the MARSHALL HOUSE in haunted savanna it was pretty awesome.  Let us  know THanks

Dear 1st sarge,

That sounds like it could be residual energy , maybe wilberforce is just happy where he is , your ferret must love you and the home if its not harming you and does not want to cross over,  don't force him to go unless you truly are victimized :)

Ferrets are preyed upon by raptors such as owls and hawks. Maybe you can adopt an old owl, and when he dies his ghost can chase the ferret's ghost into the light. But then you'll have an owl ghost hanging around hooting at you. Better give this some thought.

Well,first,Wilberforce has probably already gone into the light.  He is just visiting you  and hiding things is his way to let you know he is around and thinking of you.  Talk to him,and tell him you will always remember him and..chances are,he will soon stop coming around.  I own 2 ferrets and,I am sorry for your loss.

It is the house settling. You see the wood contracts and expands whe the weather changes.

There are no house that are haunted because I know more than everyone else and wish to be respected by all in this section because I know everything and all answers and I am so much more smarter than everyone else.

Also you might just have a rat in the house....normally they just go after the food and leave random objects alone though.

I am not an expert on ferrets, but it seems to me that you have mice in your house. Ferrets are not rodents, they are members of the mustilidae family, which contains Carnivors such as weasles, minks, and wolverines.

One of the defining characteristics of rodents is thier teeth continually grow, thus they need to chew wood to wear them down, or they will grow into the rodents brain.

Ferrets do not have this need. Although they may get into the habit of chewing on things, it is not a drive such as that found in rodents.

Therefore, I think you should be setting out mouse traps, and not sprinkling holy water about.
