Help, can't find the driver to install for pci ethernet controller?

Question

Where can I find the driver to download for the pci ethernet controller, pci card, and pci multimedia audio device. Can't find the drivers to install on my old Compaq 5000us computer running 98 se?

Hpaq still has all the drivers available for your PC on their shared corporate portal.

This does not extend to your Ethernet solution, unfortunately. If it didn't ship with your PC, you'll have to look up the type and get it off a driver collection site. If it DID come with your PC, HP should be ashamed for one, and for another, you should look up the type (eg. Realtek 8139), and grab a generic driver for it.
