Help, help fiancee petition? help?

Someone knows how long it takes for someone to get a fiancee visa? I applied for a fiancee visa I got a letter from immigration stating my case was aproved and was forward to another office so they can get it prepared and sent it to the mexican embassy where my fiancee is so he can assist for his appointment. Anybody knows how long it takes when he goes to the appointment how long does it take for them (mexico) to give him the visa?

There's quite a bit of information on fiance petitions and other visas on the consulate website. As you'll see, your petition goes from USCIS to the National Visa Center and from there to the consulate in Ciudad Juarez, rather than the embassy in Mexico City.  Usually, petitions are at the NVC for several months before they are forwarded on. According to the website, fiance petition applicants don't need an appointment, but contact them to confirm that.
