Help!!, i need to get from ilford to enfield station today and i dont know how?

im travelling from ilford to enfield town station today and i dont know the route anymore due to the delays at liverpool street as i dont know whats going on, i was wondering if you could help me with how to get their but i dont use buses and want to use the trains. Thankyou.
