I have this problem in my hands right now, a few years back i didn't pay my last cell phone bill because i felt the phone co. was robbing me, everytime i used the phone i checked my minutes, the next day i would look there was like 20 to 25 minutes added, this went on for like two months, so i just didn't pay the $340 and let it go, i admit i should of payed it, but i felt it was unfair, so now 2008, i started getting call from the collections agency, and she told me my balance was $1300, so i told her i would pay $50 a month, but i asked her to send me statements for my monthly payments, she said no, so i said i wasn't going to send my money anywhere without seeing my balance, so she refused and so did i, so now i got served a summons, i talked to their lawyer and he said now i owe $2300, so i told him i'll make arrangements to pay, and he said he wants me to pay $660 a month for three months to finish it, this idiot must think i s**+* money, so i said i can't do that, i can do $200 a month and that's it, he said no, so now i am stuck, should i just face him in court or let them just garnish 25% of my check????? i am so totally stressed out right now, i need suggestions guys......

Well first of all you need to find a good lawyer then try to locate your phone repcites from that while ago ask the plaintiff to show your phone records go over this througly with a lawyer
