Help, my st00ped toolbar went to the side D:

My baby brother was messing with the PC lately trying to turn it off and I brought him back to Mum. When I come back the Tool-bar is flipped to the side. I've tried to Right click, but nothing happend, please help me it's getting annoying D:

its not a tool bar, its called a taskbar, and you move it by right clicking and unlocking, then click on it and drag your mouse to the bottom of the screen.
