Help, vegan diet has me feeling very tired?

Ever since I went on this vegan diet, I have been really tired and my skin has turned pale. I really crave protein, but I thought I would stick this vegan diet thing out. I am so tired though right now. Do we really need B12? I think we can do without B12.

  1. You need protein to live, just find vegan alternatives.  Beans, peanut butter, there are plenty.  Not an expert cause I am a meat eater, but I have a vegan friend and she looks fabulous!

    BUT she purposely finds protein to eat that fits her lifestyle to stay healthy.  Good Luck


  2. You need b-12, but humans only need a miniscule amount of it. Cereal has it. Pop a multivitamin in the morning as a back-up. Eat more nuts, beans, tofu, fake meat for protein. Eat vitamin-c rich foods or juices. Eat more dark leafy greens.

  3. I think you'll have enough B12 left over from those steaks you ate two days ago.

    Why don't you eat some of that chicken pizza you like so much?  I'm sure that'll help you feel better.

  5. Your other question said your vegan friend died because of her diet. I don't believe any of it. For anyone reading this, one word- troll. I don't know why you are against veganism, but your posts all seem to be anti vegan, and to be honest, childish. Any sensible person knows that your situations are fictional.

  6. That's odd - you weren't a vegan yesterday when you posted a question about your vegan neighbours, or the day before when you posted about your vegan friend who had died that very day.

    Your world is populated by imaginary vegans, and now you yourself have become one of your own imaginary vegans.

    If you ARE vegan, you have become so in the last 24 hours, far too recently to be feeling any effects, good or bad - you've had no more than two vegan meals.

    Time you realised vegans aren't as silly as you think they are, and stopped trolling this board with your fantasies.
