Lets assume you are running XP. With Activesync running and the device connected with the USB cable, you should have the Activesync on the desktop. If not, find it in the systray (bottom right of desktop), right click, open. There is an "Explorer" icon on the Activesync window. Click to open,.\My Windows Mobile-Based Device\Windows\. It takes a few seconds for the \Windows\ folder to open.

Next, on the PC desktop, open File Explorer and drill down to you themes you are saving there. Select the themes and drag them to the device explorer \Windows\ folder.

The themes will now show on the select list in Start/Settings/Personal/Today menu.
