Help, what to bring to Sweden, Finland, Denmak, Germany and Russia?!?!?!?

Im going for about 2 and a half weeks. it my mom and i! im 16 and i can only take on suitcase that weighs nothing over 44 lbs.. yes i understand that this is nothing but it is all i can do,.... please help!!

Sweden, Finland and Denmark is hot so take shorts, mosquito repelent (If you get close to Lapland they are swarming with mosquitos).  Take sunblock because right now the sun never truly goes down.  It gets a bit dark at midnight and then the sun is weigh up in the sky again at 2 a.m. Take shades also and your usual toiletries, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, etc.  Not sure what part of Russia you are going to. Take some jeans, a heavy sweater and a light jacket as in some places it may be cool and rainy.

Bring some clothes, your ipod if you have one, a portable video game if you have one, suncreen, snacks, bottled water, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
