Help,I'am going to Riviera Maya In late Oct. Can someone tell me if the beaches have alot of sand bags?

I heard that the beaches at the El Dorado Royal Resort...In Riviera Maya Mexico have alot of big sand bags on the beach.Has anyone been there in the last few weeks?

It's hurricane season, better to be prepared. It's a big resort, you'll be fine. Don't worry, I'll trade places with you?

Wow...I was just there i May and June and did not see any sand bags.....but then...it is so big...maybe I didn't notice.  I don't think there are any bags and you are going to love the resort.  Just enjoy and dont worry about what people say.  You will have a wonderful trip.

There's a lot of sand bags, but is just a part of the beach, you can enjoy the rest of the beach.

No sand bags, clean and fresh near the Resorts. Enjoy !!!!
