i live in california and I'm trying to move out on my own i work part time i get about 32 hours a week @ 8.70 hr i wanna move into an apartment that is $675 a month (water & trash paid for) u think i can afford it??

& how much is electricity??

i dont need a phone because i have my cellphone..

Sorry but I don't think you can. If they just run on electricity your bill can run up to $175 with the AC on. After taxes your take home pay wouldn't be enough to really support living expenses like food and gas for your car. I would look for something cheaper or work more hours at your job. Heck, try and get a job that pays more at least.
