okay so i already went throught the first year or this new school and i wasnt at all fun i guess.. and this year i want to show people that i can be fun and talkative what can i do so they will want to hang out with me more?

get more involved in class. take a class thats more hands on like debate, tv production, graphic design, ceramics, p.e.

these help bring u out of the shell because u pretty much have to interact with people.

dress different or wear bright colors someones bound to ask u where u got that cute acessorie which starts conversation

smile and compliment them on what their wearing or doing

mm, Be spontaneous and mysterious. Believe it or not, people notice the mysterious ones more than the ones who run their mouths all the time, If you really want to catch someone's eye, be mysterious.

yeah, it's true that you should join teams or clubs to help you get active because it'll really break your shell

You could start slow by making at least a couple of friends that would help build up your courage to join things and build up your confidence

also participate in class much because it'll really help, don't worry if you answer a question wrong, it'll just help you learn more

Shouldn't your studies come first before the fun part in school?

Well, if you must have fun, join all the clubs that interests you. But don't take too much of it or you'll spread yourself too thin. Select only those which really interests you. You do not have to be involved in everything to be popular and have fun. Popularity and fun does not have to go hand in hand.

It's not so much about how you act or what you say.  Find ways to be a friend to others and you will have friends.
