Help!!!!!!!!!

i just drove past a speed camera on my LEFT at 33-34mph?

this was my average speed as i thought i was on a 40mph limit road. Unfortunately i found out it was actually 30mph limit

- i didn't see no flash (however it was a bright day though)

- camera was to my left (so facing towards the back of my car)

WILL any thing happen, any charge??? any points???

any help would be VERY MUCH appricatied, as i currently have a clean license***********

  1. the cameras dont use flash during day, only at night, so you probably will be getting a ticket in the mail if it caught your license plate, which odds are it did

good luck and don't sweat it

  2. Unless you're in london i doubt you hit the threshold to activate it, most

give a 10% +3 before they take a snap, but this is purely down to the

discretion of the force in that area.

I'd say though, if its a 1st offence and it did (Which i doubt) you'd be

given the option for the Speed awareness course as your speed was

    quiet low.

But as I said at the start, I doubt you activated it at just 3-4 mph over.

Just to add, totaly worse case would be 3 points and a standard fine

which is about £60 If i remember correctly.

You'll know if you did get caught within 2 weeks by the way.

  3. you're such a goody goody! it won't cost that much IF they even had film in the camera, half the bloody things don't work! just wait till the letter of doom comes in... then u will know.
