i just drove past a speed camera on my LEFT at 33-34mph?

this was my average speed as i thought i was on a 40mph limit road. Unfortunately i found out it was actually 30mph limit

- i didn't see no flash (however it was a bright day though)

- camera was to my left (so facing towards the back of my car)

WILL any thing happen, any charge??? any points???

WILL it affect my insurance

  1. Its alleged only 1 in 10 cameras have a film in it!!  so you may be lucky!

If you have been flashed you will prob get 2 points but for 33/4 mph you might not get any.

I dont think it would affect your insurance for 2 points but not 100% sure.

    Hope you havent been caught!
