    You could write at least 5 pages on any of those topics in a day because they are so broad. I would personally go with the changing economic conditions because the paper would be easiest to write.

    You could write this paper in less than 2 hours if you tried.

  4. I suggest you research expanded retirement age, since more and more companies are reducing retirement benefits, making working longer a necessity.

    I would write about training initiatives and resources. As technology increases in society, so do the available training resources. For instance, in safety sensitive positions such as EMT's virtual reality training takes place to ensure that the employee knows how to actually complete tasks effeciently and most important, effectively. This would reduce the amount of lives that are lost due to poor training.

    In addition, with added technology, tranining can become more fun for employees who attend. Instead of the boring lecture and video from 1985, other methods might be more fun sort of like a video game or something? Also, computers have increased attendance of online training courses. Instead of having to sit through a two day course, the employee can work on the training session at his or her own pace and own time.

    So, technology has increases resources by offering more choices in the methods. Plus, the initiatives are greater due to the options that technology allows such as more excitement and convenience. With there being more convenience, more employees will want to participate in training efforts, creating a more effective workforce.

  6. Using the new technologies idea you might want to research mobile phone and computing devices. People will be more and more self sufficient. Working from home or at irregular hours will become increasingly possible. The superstar employees will want to take advantage of this type of freedom.  How does an HR specialist handle that type of phenomenon and keep a semblance of control and quality in the workforce?
