Help!! 7 days to choose daughter's name.

Addison or Adelynn (not Adeline). I love the name

Addy, but not sure if need to give her a formal first name. If so, which do you like?? And some ideas for midddle name would be great too!

hi, i really like Addison and it may be more popular than people think because of the woman in 'greys anatomy'. is that where u heard of it???????/, i think its really nice 2 give a child a unique name, there r so many marys and anns and sarahs and amys, u know. my daughter is 4 and i named her Canada, my nieces name is Danika and my other niece is Mariah! everytime i say my daughters name people say 'wow, thats a very strange name' and i feel proud cos i've had it in my head since school days and if any1 hears that name, they automatically think of my kid. maybe for a middle name u could use your favourite singer, that way she'd have special meaning. my daughters is Canada Christina, after Ms Aguilera!!! and i never feel weird about it, i love her name, so u should have a good think about it, cos it'll b with her forever. and dont ever listen 2 other peoples critiscism about your choice!!!

I think Adelynn will always be pronounced  ad-el-lin so if that is not what you want, don't name her that.  Addison is a very petty name.  You do not have to have a formal first name.

If by the title you mean your daughter will be born in 7 days, don't worry so much! A friend of mine was Baby Girl on her birth certificate for almost a month while her parents decided on a name.

Personally I like Addison. It's not too common, but not hard to spell or pronounce

I say if you like Addy, just name her that.  I am not a fan of naming someone something just to shorten it. Just go with Addy!
