Hey,
Im A fly-half in rugby and right now, I weigh in at 156 lbs. (70.76 kilos) I am taking a weight gaining protein shake called CYTOGAINER and I work out 3 days a week. I was wondering if this was a good idea to take this stuff, it seems to work because I have been gaining weight and a lot of muscle. Also, any advice for me as a fly-half???
