Help A Fly-Half Out. Cheers!?

Hey,

Im A fly-half in rugby and right now, I weigh in at 156 lbs. (70.76 kilos) I am taking a weight gaining protein shake called CYTOGAINER and I work out 3 days a week. I was wondering if this was a good idea to take this stuff, it seems to work because I have been gaining weight and a lot of muscle. Also, any advice for me as a fly-half???

  1. What age group are you? Your weight looks decent enough. Gaining more weight and a lot of muscle might have it's disadvantages. Ever seen a flyhalf who looks like a No.8?

    Best advice would be for you to improve your passing, kicking (precision and tactical - goal kicking too), running, handling the ball, side steps, dummies etc. In fact the whole shebang.

    practice makes perfect lol

    and if your kicking isnt up 2 scratch

    then get practising on that =]
