Help All Running Experts?

I need a good technique in running without me getting tired. I am already a good runner I would just like to improve myslef. please help. It's an easy 10.

  1. run daily 2-4 miles

    stretch

    yoga

    protein

    eat right

    7-8 sprints


  2. Have you tried sprints? 50/100 meter dashes? I'm an expert runner myself, but occasionally I tend to do short bursts of sprints in order to balance my cardio to its full potential. Also I do a  lot of bleacher-running. It doesn't get me as tired but it definitely tests my endurance. Run up and down bleachers or stairs and use a little imagination...I tend to do 3 sets of different techniques, hops, one-legged, left-right, skipping, etc.
