Help! Am I ovulating or pregnant? I know it sounds silly...?

Hi...

I am so excited to think I maybe pregnant! Ive been TTC for 8 months with 1 Mcarraige!

I was due for my period around today/yesterday.. But at work today I just had a feeling! I wanted to test. (this also happened with my first son)

Ive just tested, (couldnt wait for first wee of morning)

I have a faint line.. Its a pink line, where as the other is purple. Ive had a lot of discharge for the past two days.. So thought maybe for some reason I was ovulating late? So I took a test at the same time as pregnancy test and it was VERY positive?

Am I ovulating or pregnant?? I cant be both! Thanks in advance!

Ovulation tests will show positive if you are about to ovulate, but also if you are pregnant.

LH and hcg are very similar hormones. A pregnancy test won't detect LH, but a ovulation test will detect hcg.

Seeing as you got a positive pregnancy test and a positive OPK, I'd say for sure that you are pregnant!

If you had a faint line on your pregnancy test then your pregnant. Congrats!!!!

i would say that you are going to be a mummy again!

when i first tested mine was very very faint im now 37 weeks with our first!

hey congrats lol i am due on tomorrow and also coundn't wait as i had that feeling you just no don't ya i have also had alot of discharge and i got my BFP as well so looks like its congratts all round hun good luck and wish me goodluck too i also had a miscarrige in april so were pretty much in the same shoes how werid is that

Oooh sounds to me like you're definitely pregnant! :D Congrats sweetie! :) I tested 2 days early and had a BFP, took a second test the next day, same result, and one again yesterday, again BFP. Hehehe. I can't help myself, I guess I just love seeing those 2 blue lines! :D Good luck and keep us updated! :)

I would say you are pregnant.

The line being faint means that the test couldn't detect alot of HcG, but theres got to be some to put a line there in the first place however faint it is right?

Buy another test, but this time, wait until the morning wee! If you can manage it (though for some reason I don't think you can :P) wait a few days-a week before testing again!

sounds as if u r gonna have a baby hunni. YAY!!!!
