Help! Amazon.jp, contacting a seller page, what are the subject headings that I'm supposed to choose from?

The first one in the list is 商品の(?)細, and there are 5 options for the heading.

I just want to ask a couple of questions about the condition of a used item that's being sold by an individual through amazon.jp, a couple of my kids are helping me write the e-mail, but their limited experience of Japanese has got us stumped here! I speak and write zero Japanese, but we need this item quite urgently. If we could copy the possible headings it would be okay, but it's impossible so we can't check on-line.

BTW, should we begin and end such an e-mail in a formal way or not?

amazon.co.jp site has click button on the upper right as "in English" which translate Japanese description to English automatically. You can see info and details in English then easily.

e-mail in English is not rude because it is widely open to all over the world.

商品の明細　means goods details btw.
