Help! Anyone ?

My cousin is a huge volleyball player(16 yrs). I have to be just like her. Tall, always playing vball. the thing is i dont want to be a vball player. i mean its an ok sport but still. o she is also a *****.

Find something that you like to do even more than Volleyball. Tell your parents that you don't mind playing volleyball but you would rather do something else instead. Hopefully your parents undersand. Dont worry about your sisters. if they arent out there playing volleyball then they shouldnt be sayn any thing!

Stand up for yourself NO ONE should ever make you do something you don't want to do!!! sports are suppose to be fun and if you don't like playing it then what is the point if you arent' havin FUN!?!?!?! Juss sit them down and talk to them about your interests....IGNORE YOUR SISTERS!!!

Advice for saying no:

Tell your parents you aren't having fun competing and you want to focus on something else. Explain that doing this makes you miserable and you think you energy would be better spent exploring something else that is more suited for you. Tell them you find it a waste of time, time that could be spent somewhere else that would make you happy. Tell them you are your own person and feel you are trying to be defined by others and volleyball.

make sure you have that something else in mind before doing this... like soccer or maybe music. Whatever you feel passionate about and would like to pursue. Make sure they understand that the time you devoted to volley ball will be redirect to this activity.

This will show strength of character for going after what you believe.

just tell them what you want to do with your life and if they don't listen then give it a try you might like it. if you don't like it them find somethin you are good at.
