Whats better, a 20 inch frame or a 24 inch frame. I'm 5'10" and 190 pounds. I want to do tricks and not bend the frame.

  1. Well it depends on weather you already have a bike and are riding a 26" frame then go with the 24 but if you are just starting defiantly go with the 20"

  2. It depends on what kind of tricks you are doing. If you are gonna be jumping off huge flights of stairs like my friends do, well then go with a 20 inch frame. But if you are just doing small stuff go with a 24.

    hope this helps!

  3. 24" frames are known as cruiser bikes, they are better designed for racing as they have larger 24" wheels and frame. They are also heavier and have bigger geometry so you'll find it tricky to fufanu, endo, or sprocket grind. You shouldn't really put pegs on them either. 24" bikes aren't designed to take the same kind of knocks (like falls on concrete) as 20" freestyle.

If you want to learn tricks get a 20"-21" frame as the wheels will be 20" too, you'll find it a lot easier to freestyle
