Help Birders! I've never seen this kind of bird in Southern Maine!!!

Question

It sounds like a cat crying or sort of like a crow, its small, a little bigger than a chickadee, its gray with black and white patterns on its wings, its call is really annoying!!! I've never seen or herd anything like it! I've tried looking it up on the internet but no luck!!
