I have a drama class on Friday and I need to learn how to talk with a Brooklyn, New York Accent.

Go to YouTube and do a search for keywords Brooklyn Accent. Listen to several different ones and find the one you can imitate most easily.

I would say the best thing to do is observe someone speaking with that accent. I would start by visiting YouTube and searching for "Bronx Accent" or New York Accent.
