Question

OK the plastic thing that holds the coolant... what is it called?

I need to order it but I have no idea what its called and everybody is looking at me like I'm stupid.

Ask  for a Radiator Coolant Overflow Tank

Radiator overflow tank.  If you want an exact replacement to the one you had that now leaks, ask at the dealer.  If you just need one that will work, most parts stores have the universal ones, just ask.
