Help! Can't find tax return form!?

I need the forms for citizenship naturalization, but I can't find them anywhere. Is it alright to go ahead and take the tests without the forms?

i called the irs 1-800-829-1040 and asked for a tax transcript..it was free only took about 4-5 days...that should suffice..i had to get a copy for my the financial aid dept at my daughters college

Just get with the IRS for a copy. I believe they charge a little for it though. And I don't know how long it will take.
