I dont know how much data you need to send, but you might want the try a gmail account.

You can go to megaupload.com and upload everything there, then just send them a link to your upload.

You might want to try www.FlyUpload.com. Whatever your files are, you can upload them through that site. It will then generate a link where your recipients can download them. Or you can simply send it via email. There is a prompt to send via email upon completion of upload I think.

Try using a software that can zip your large files into smaller packages and send the packages in a zip file.
