Help!!! Can you correct for me this short professional letter please?

Hello, many thanks for your usefull help! can you correct (grammar, syntax..) this phrases please?

1) I hereby confirm that my previous employer gives to me the notice of the permanent closure of the business, with immediate effect, during the afternoon's break time on monday 21st July 2008.

I would like to specify that he never suggested to me, before the dismissal was going on, that there may be a possibility of an immediate permanent closure of the business.

2) As a prove of of my rental payment by cash to my Landlord, I foward originals of these three receipts:

3) I would like to notify the change of my address. My previous address, present on my application for is:----- My current address is:----

1) The first sentence would be better as "my previous employer notified me of the permanent closure of the business". Monday should have a capital letter. The second sentence, "before the dismissal was going on" would make more sense as "before the dismissal occurred".

2) Proof, not prove. It would be better as "As proof of cash payment of my rent to my Landlord"

3) "I would like to notify YOU of my change of address". I assume you mean "form" not "for" :)
