Help!! Can you correct (grammar, syntax) this phrases please?

Question

Thank you for your help. unfurtunally english is not my mothertongue but I need to write this report to help a poor person. can you help me please? If you have any suggestion, please don't hesitate.

1) On January I rented an unfurnished flat, paying at my landlord the sum of ..... as a bond, one month rent and administration charges.

2) Actually I'm living at the above dwelling without the common necessities:

. I eat and I do my activities sitting on the floor.

. At the beginning at the tennancy I sleepped on the floor too. Now I have a double bed but without a mattress, so I'm sleeping on a sleeping-bag and a small single air-mattress.

. I don't have any furniture

. I don't have any appliance a part a small fridge and a cooker.

3) Actually I use my benefits to pay my monthly rent and the utility bills. After these payments it left a little money to buy my food and goods as a soap, toilet paper.. I can't buy any goods because otherwise I will not have enough money to pay my monthly rent and I already spend my saving paying the flat. I'm risking to become a Homeless, so why I'm writing reporting my poor living condition and asking a financial help who can able me to get the common necessities.

I am at risk of being made homeless as a result of my financial position and would like to know if there is any assistance that you or another agency could provide to me.

istead of saying: After these payments it left a little money to buy my food and goods as a soap,

try saying: after paying all my bills, i had some extra money which i decided to use for buying foods and goods such as vegetables, soap, shampo etc...
