Help? Cant we cant back out of Drive way?

My nabor has these Big Rocks right in frount of there house, wich means in back of drive way, so when we back out we almost hit the rocks and have to go back up the drive way and make a sharper turn out into the road (We live on a very small road so its not to big to get out onto (it almost looks like a one lane road but its for two and its not dotted its a small road) what should we do? and what would you do?

move the rocks 2-3 feet away from the road more then they are now... and if you cant move them get a truck and tie to rock and go with it...

who owns the land. if it is his there is not much you can do. most roads are on a right of way, even though the road does not cover the entire r.o.w. it still belongs to the city, county. contact them<

Ask them to move the rocks? Other than that you could deal with it or move. Or complain to the city.

Its his property so there is really nothing that you can do.....

If you don't want to deal with the rocks. Out smart the rocks. try backing into your driveway. I too live on a narrow road and if there is a car parked on the street in front of my house its hard to back out. so we just back in to ours and getting out it a snap. Everyone on our street now backs into the driveway.

The rocks are in his yard?  If so, you have no complaint, obviously the rocks have been placed to keep vehicles from driving onto the lawn!

If you can go back up the driveway, then back out making a sharper turn, itsn't it obvious you should make the sharper turn the first time?  Sorry, but I don't see a real problem here, except maybe in driving skill, or perhaps driving a vehicle much larger than the average car.
