Help Car Locked with Keys Inside

Question

I just accidently locked my keys in my 1996-7 Ford Escort (a friend's car) and I am supposed to take it home and now I'm locked out. I only have normal tools around (wrenches, etc) so I don't know what to do...

Any suggestions? not spending money and doing this fast is a must

Think rationally here. Any damage you do you will regret it by the

morning.  A lot of police departments can help you with a door Jimmy.

These days, I'm not too sure though. But try and call them.

Without getting lengthy, start with that....
