Help!!!! Computer stupid?

Ok, I have loaded a photo on to photo bucket and I am trying to get the picture from there, to here. How do I copy and paste on a Dell computer. Which buttons do I push? Thanks, I am an idiot.

  1. well at least admitting is the first thing, idk what your trying to copy paste to, an IM screen, a website? a email?
