Help Criminal traffic question?

what does anyone know about 2nd offense operating while suspended for medical condition. I was arrested for this today. Will this hold up in court??

You do not mention what state you are in.  Any second offense is more serious.  The judge would have zero sympathy as any plea involving - I had no idea I was suspended to I did not realize the severity etc., cannot be taken into consideration.  I am missing what exactly you are asking about what part will hold up in court.  If you were suspended and its the second time you were caught-thats the case.  Were the extenuating circumstances?

.  You have a chance to beat this because your 1st was medical.  Act very sorry and dress nice.  Bring character witnesses who will swear that you have learned your lesson. Don't get mad at anyone. Can you do it?
