Help Dilation process, almost 38 wks??

Question

My Dr. wants to induce me a week or 2 early due to high blood pressure and a big baby, but he cant do it until i start to dilate...He checked me monday and said im thinning but not dilated yet..I go back Sat morning and i am wondering what i can do until then to make sure i am dilated even a little for him to induce! Please help if you have any tips, Thanks!

EDD sept 5th..37wks 5 days preggo with first baby ...Its a boy! :)

go over all the hills you can as fast as you can

I would say walk or have s*x, but dont over do it Good luck and congrats

there isn't anything you can do that is safe, just sit back and let nature take it's course, if you are all ready thinning it wont be long now. Congratulations
