Help ! Does anyone know the name of this poem?

Question

It starts with a lady balancing two vessels or bowls on a stick to walk down and collect water , one of the bowls has a crack in it and leaks 1/2 of the water onto the ground everytime she walks back up with it. The bowl or vessel feels guilty for not being able to carry as much water as the bowl without the crack and she tells the bowl she knew it was cracked and she had planted flower seeds on the side of the path she carried it back on , and it watered those seeds for her to make the flowers grow ?
