Help. Don't know what to do?

About 6-9 months ago i noticed loads of red painful bumps under my arms and all over my legs. At first thought it was a shaving rash but it's still there have been to doc and they thought it was an infection. took all the pills was given but they haven't cleared up.

it's got to the point of always covering up and hiding it.

I'm also a type 2 diabetic and worry about any infection.
