  7. to keep your hair in tip top condition there are a many things you will need to do. these are the things i do:

*before you wash your hair, soak your hair in coconut oil or olive oil and leave it in overnight and then wash out the next morning. this will help reduce and prevent split ends and breakages and will keep your hair moisturised.

*use a good moisturising shampoo and conditioner which is free from sodium lauryl sulfates, petrochemicals and parabens which dry your hair out. try naked rescue hair care products which are free from a all these chemicals.

*when you wash your hair, just massage a small amount of shampoo in your scalp and when you wash it the soap will run down to the ends which will prevent the ends from drying out.

*massage a good moisturising conditioner on to the ends of your hair after shampooing and leave it on for a few minutes and wash out.

*finish washing your hair by giving it a shot of cold water. this will seal your hair shaft and give you super shine.

*never brush your hair when it is wet, instead use a wide toothed comb to detangle and never scrub your hair with a towel just sqeeze the excess water out.

*when your hair is wet use a leave-in conditioner to prevent it from drying out. try jhon frieda emergency treatment spray.

*try to let your hair air dry and try not to use blow dryers or anything.

*if you straighten your hair, use a heat protect spray before starightening and rub a few drops of silicone sreum on the ends after straightening to seal the hair shaft and keep it moistured.

*never rip your hair whilst brushing as it damages your hair and causes breakages, just detangle using a wide-toothed comb.

i always keep my hair in good condition by doing these and it definately works for me. hope i helped.
