Help EBAY question!!?

i recently won an auction and my problem is, on the order detail page it says that the shipping is $70 but i emailed the seller and he said that he would charge me 14.99 flat rate because we both live in the US but when i checked the order detail page it still says $70. how am i going to pay him 14.99 with the item when the order page says $70 for shipping but he emailed me saying i only have to pay him $14.99? can somebody explain please

If you are using paypal Click on "PAY NOW" and it will take you to a page and tell you the item price and shipping price. You should be able to change the shipping price to whatever you want "That depends on how he has it set up" If you cant change it there there will be another box that says "Discounts ...something something" but you type minus then the amount in this case it would be -55.01 then it will bring up your new total

When you make the payment, change the shipping price to the right amount. If you can't change that, then contact the seller and tell him to re-bill you correctly. You do not have to pay that $70 amount if he has told you so in an email.
