  1. Me to, i've got some mini fillets and was wondering what to do myself.  Maybe your own chicken nuggets with breadcrumbs, chicken stuffed with ricotta is nice too or how about chicken wrapped in bacon!!  Now i'm hungry...lol

  2. how about, roasted chicken pieces, wrapped in melted mozzerrela cheese, served on a kebab squere..

served also with green pesto pasta :) lol

  3. im having chicken with chicken tonite sauce tonight lol (the honey and mustard one its nice)

  4. Combine

    2 Tbsp. chili powder

    1 Tbsp. salt

    1 Tbsp. paprika

    1 Tbsp. sugar

    1-1/2 tsp. onion powder

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

2 large chicken breast cut into strips(6 tenderloins)

1 green pepper cut into strips

    1 onion cut into strips

place in bowl and sprinkle with combined spices and toss to coat.cover and let set in fridge for 1 hour.

heat 2 t oil in large skillet over med heat...add chicken & veggie mixture and saute until chicken is cooked....serve on warm flour torts..

(I prefer my green peppers well cooked so I normally add them first and cook 5 mins then add onions and chicken)

  5. You could do chicken alfredo with fun noodles for the baby.

Chop and sautee about 1/2 a large tomato. Grill your chicken and season to taste in the same pan as the tomatoes. Boil your noodles.

Get some store bought alfredo sauce and add a large spoonful of green pesto.

Usually an entire can of alfredo sauce is too much.

    Viola!

  6. There is something healthy you could do which your little girl would probably love and she'll benefit from it too.

I love it and make it all the time!

Me and my little boy are cheese heads and it all comes together great!

    Simple!

    Chicken,Vegetables,And Cheese!

you'll need to buy chicken b*****s, a bag of frozen variety vegetables, and a block of velveeta (the small block will do)

Cut your chicken breast into square pieces..a good size chunk! Season them good with whatever seasoning you like to use, throw a little butter in the pan, and throw the chicken in. Let the chicken cook all the way through and brown it a little on the outside!

Then while the chicken is cooking, in another pot...fill it up with water(about an inch over the vegetables),, let the water come to a slight boil, add veggies, let the veggies boil until they are soft, drain water, addd butter to veggies and stir around!

And lastly, when your chicken is finished..throw your vegetables in the pan with your chicken, stir it up, and then add your velveeta cheese! When your desired amount of cheese is melted YOUR DONE!!!!!!!!!

ENJOY!  It's very good and very easy!!

  7. chicken and bacon, just fry them up with some onion salt and pepper and serve with rice or noodle

  8. crab stuffed chicken

    Ingredients

    8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat (I actually use more)

1 (2 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix

    4 boneless skinless chicken b*****s

    1/4 cup flour

    2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs (I prefer seasoned crumbs)

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    1 1/2 tablespoons butter

    Directions

1Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, and soup mix, set aside.

2Cut a 'pocket' into the side of each chicken breast (be sure not to cut all the way through!).

3Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture and close the opening with toothpicks.

    4Dip chicken b*****s in flour-> Eggs-> Breadcrumbs.

5In large skillet, melt oil and butter over medium-high heat.

6Add chicken to skillet, cook for 10 minutes, or till golden brown, turning once.

7Transfer chicken to 13x9 pan and bake in a 350°F oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
