Help? Feels like eyes don't line up?

Sometimes when I'm reading stuff in school it feels like my eyes aren't lining up? I think it may be crazy... I mean I saw the eye doctor 2 weeks ago they would notice this kinda thing... right?

im nearsighted too and when i read the words look kinda fused i think its cuz your focussing too hard
