I need 2 find a good fighting style dvd that teaches you how to fight. I want one that costs about 20 dollars but I can't find one online. Preferably one done by Army, or Navy Seals or Spec Ops. If u can help I'd appreciate it. Thanks :)

  1. Muay Thai. Navy Seals are taught that as their system.

  2. Next you'll want a DVD to teach you how to perform brain surgery.

Ever see "The Karate Kid" (the original, aka the good one)?  He learns karate from a book and gets his butt handed to him.  He gets an instructor and can hold his own.  That's pretty much how life works.

If you try to get into a fight with someone based on what you learned on a DVD, you'll fit into the DVD case before it's over.

  3. Usually dvd systems cost way over 100 dollars for an alright one. Go to classes! Muay thai would work but the best self defence done by the military is krav maga (israel) find some classes of this in your area. I only use dvds for weapons forms because I don't plan on killing someone right now with weapons. Self defence from dvd= you in a body bag.

    Good luck

  4. Ok I'll do an advertisement for BJJ first: http://www.gracieacademy.com/instruction... or the BJJ people in here will whine.....constant whiners ....geeze.

    Then the rest:

    Jujitsu - http://www.jujitsu-academy.com/dvds.html

    Judo -http://www.groundfighter.com/details/pro...

    Karate - http://uechiryu-karate.com/index.htm

( should have put these Muay Thai guys under BJJ next because they whine a lot in here too )  Muay Thai - http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/601...

    Boxing - http://store.titleboxing.com/title-boxin...

    Kickboxing - http://www.nextag.com/kickboxing-instruc...

    Good luck....

Edit: Evan Tanner of the UFC learned all of his MMA ground game via DVD's so pay no attention to the der...der....der's statements below me cause he knows notta!!
